Helpful Information about Maai
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Maai comes with three cooking pots. It can cook up-to 3 recipes at a time. Maai comes with attached storage containers for fresh ingredients, dry ingredients, liquid containers and various spices. On daily basis, you just need to load the fresh ingredients.
What you need to do on your mobile app is simply 1. Select the recipe(s) you would like to cook, 2. Select the portion size for each recipe, 3. Load the fresh ingredients into the containers as guided by the app. And, click 'Go'!
You will have loaded the spices and dry ingredients already that will not need daily replenishment. Maai will automatically dispense the required ingredients & spices in the right quantity for each recipe that you pre-select to cook.
WHAT KIND OF RECIPES IT CAN COOK?
Maai can cook almost all recipes except the one that needs baking, grilling or deep oil frying. It can saute, stir, simmer, steam or deep cook.
Maai can cook over 100 plus recipes from around the world. The recipe database continues to grow with contribution from maai community.
DO I NEED TO KNOW THE ACTUAL RECIPE?
No. Maai will autonomously cook the recipe for you. Once you pre-load the ingredients, you do not need to supervise the recipe. Maai will notify you when its ready. It will also shut off the cooking system.
CAN I START THE RECIPE REMOTELY?
Yes, the fresh ingredients will be refrigerated at lower temperature to preserve the freshness. You can load the ingredients and based on the schedule, it will automatically kick off the recipe at your breakfast, lunch or dinner hours. Alternatively, you can also kick off the recipe from your mobile device.
WHEN CAN I BUY MAAI? WHAT WILL BE THE PRICE?

HOW DO I SECURE MY INTEREST WITH EARLY PRICE OFFER?

CAN I USE MY OWN INGREDIENTS OR I HAVE TO BUY FROM YOU?
Yes, you are free to buy your own ingredients. Maai suggests some specific ingredients such as spices and dry ingredients that you may buy from any grocery store. Alternatively, you may buy the ingredients from our own online portal.
Maai has built in AI engine that will learn from your preferences and feedback over time.
HOW DO I CLEAN MAAI?
Cooking pots are dish washer safe and can be cleaned just like any other utensils after the cooking. The cooking surface has glass surface that can be cleaned with a microfiber alike cloth. The empty ingredient containers can be rinsed and washed under tap water or in dish washer.
IN WHAT COUNTRIES MAAI WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE?
At this time, we are working on identifying potential countries. We will make the details available as we progress.
DO YOU ANTICIPATE INCREASE IN THE PRICE AFTER THE LAUNCH?
